Onlays esthétiques postérieurs...

Peu ou pas de retouche (aucune pour ce cas en locurence!)le logiciel a vraiment évolué depuis 20 ans et actuellement on peut faire une reproduction très satisfaisante avec cet outil. N'est-ce pas vm?

Souvenez vous comme j'étais remontée contre ce mode de reconstruction prothétique, après ma visite à l'ADF du stand CEREC et l'acquisition de ce merveilleux matériel, j'ai repris goût à ma profession, si mon compagnon ne me l'interdisait pas en me menaçant de me quitter si...je serais au boulot même le week end!

si tu as une retouche occlusale à réaliser (ça doit arriver quand-même), tu ne peux pas glacer l'onlay ou la couronne.
question subsidiaire, existe-t-il des blocs de composite à usiner ou le CEREC ne s'occupe que de la céram ?

Je suis un peu comme ciwil.
Tu augmentes la hauteur coronaire avec de la résine en provisoire, ça OK.
Mais quand tu passes au cerec comment tu peux donner la hauteur correcte à ton onlay pour ne pas avoir de retouches.
Tu fais une empreinte optique en occlusion?
Ou sous plusieurs angles?

le polissage après retouche est d'une simplicité lénifiante

aucun intérêt à usiner le composite, la céramique CEREC étant d'une qualité bien supérieure en resistance et en esthétique.

Ca, c'est le logiciel qui s'en charge, je pense que vous n'avez pas compris que la CFAO est une technique d'avant garde, moi aussi ça me dépasse et ça me laisse perplexe, bien que le coût soit à la hauteur du résultat, mais c'est fait pour nous et nous le valons bien ;)

Commence par te dispenser de prétendre que je dis 90% de bétise.

Ensuite essaie ce que je dis!

Et dans 5 ans tu seras capable de discuter avec objectivement !

Moi ta technique je la connais et je sais ce qu'on doit en attendre!

Il serait intéressant que tu donnes le type et les valeurs mécaniques de la céramique usinable, c'est à dire au moins la flexion 3 points et la ténacité.

Pourquoi et comment ça marche j'avoue que je vais dire une grosse bourde, mais je n'en ai rien à faire, lorsque je prends le volant de ma voiture je ne me pose pas la question de savoir pourquoi cette petite merveille de technologie en tournant la clef démarre, me donne la température extérieure descelle qu'une portière est ouverte et bientôt freinera bien avant que j'ai discerné l'obstacle qu'elle a détecté, non, je roule en écoutant de la bonne musique un point c'est tout!

Pour le CEREC et la céramique que l'on me fournit pour créer mes pièces prothétiques, c'est la même chose, je fais confiance en ce que m'ont dit les anciens utilisateurs et le technicien qui m'a expliqué le fonctionnement, j'ai déjà bien assez à faire pour apprendre à piloter correctement la machine, sans encombrer mes neurones de blonde sur le retour, de considérations qui ne m'intéressent pas plus que ça.

c'est ce qui a succédé au Targis, plein d'avantages d'après le prothésiste, dont une usure proche de celle de la dent naturelle.

Emma est pourtant dans le vrai, la céramique vitro feldspatique ou dissilicates usinable est un des meilleurs produits pour la dentisterie (biomimétique, bio mécanique...)
La CFAO est une données accquise de la technologie moderne, traduction, ça marches très bien.
Les pièces réalisées sont trés facilement assemblées par collage. Leur collage est très fiables (études à 10 et 15 ans).

Les questions que ne se pose plus le praticien :
1 cela va t il rentrer?
2 le point de contact sera t il bon?
3 l'occlusion va t elle passer correctement?

Si on veut on peut se compliquer volonatairement la vie en utilisant d'anciennes techniques, là c'est une simple question de choix......

Vous êtes en train de tromper les lecteurs de ce forum.
La céramique vitro feldspathique ou le di silicate usiné ( différent du pressé ) n’ont pas les propriétés requises pour faire des couronnes ou onlays postérieurs.
Pour des inlays c’est mécaniquement suffisant, mais la vitesse d’abrasion trop éloignée de l’émail naturel va créer un sursaut qui détruira votre joint au terme de 5 à 6 années.
Inlays postérieur = composites indirects chargés à + de 75% de particule minérale et thermopolymérisés sous pression.
Pour le secteur antérieursi l'esthétique vous satisfait d'accord, d’ailleurs outre Atlantique Cerec = facettes, point barre !

Je te propose un peu de lecture disponible sur PubMed et te recommande particulièrement l'article N°81 (entre autres).

La bibliographie concernant la cfao, le cerec, les matériaux céramiques et leurs technologies propres, les modes de collages, la longévité... les céramiques, de leurs joints dento-prothètiques... tout est là, mais la liste n'est pas exhaustive.
Les études sont réalisées par les plus brillants universitaires et chercheurs internationnaux.
On parle ici de couronnes, inlays, onlays, facettes en vitrocérmique feldspatique renforcée en Leucite ou Albite, les dissilicates de dernière génération y sont aussi abordés.

Pourrais tu indiquer les sources permettant d'étayer et de vérifier tes affirmations.

Et plus encore, ce n'est qu'un petit résumé. Voila déjà quelques années que je suis sur le sujet.

On peut aussi travailler en cfao en faisant de simples mises à jours des connaissances....

Il serait pourtant bon pour ceux qui affirment leurs vérités (Surfing joe par exemple) sur ces systèmes et matériaux d'aller les confronter avec la réalité des études fondamentales, cliniques, statistiques.... cela éviterait de s'énerver bêtement.

c'est bin gentil le cerec mais au niveau rentabilite ca donne quoi, emma sans indiscretion combien tu demande pour un onlay

Si c'est de faire un onlay à 350 € en deux séances , tu sera forcément plus rentable de faire le même en une seule séance.

demande à ton protho d'acheter le coffret adoro, c'est l'évolution du targis.

collage au vatiolink II pour ma part. déjà essayé avec du fuji plus, ça tient bien aussi mais le joint est moins beau.

Je trouve que l'état de surface du Targis, après quelques années, c'est pas top. Faut espérer que l'Adoro vieillira mieux.

Adoro est ce qui est en train de remplacer le targis, il est recommendé de sceller au variolink ou tout au moins compo auto-photo, mieux que FUJI. je viens de m'y mettre, esthétiquement c'est très bien, il faut voir comment ça vieillit.
l'avantage supposé est que l'usure est proche de celle de la dent, à voir.

c'était vu et vrai
10 ans plus tard,c'est biologiquement bien,esthétiquement moche

pr le nouveau ont ils avancé des arguments en faveur d'une amélioration de la perennité de l'esthetique?

première photo inlay targis, un an plus tard fracture de la dent et de l'inlay
deuxième photo onlay cerec en remplacement de l'inlay fracturé (un des premiers que j'ai réalisé il y a un an) photo prise aujourd'hui, il n'a pas bougé, le joint est resté impéccable, la patiente est enchantée.

pour le tarif de mes inlays onlays CEREC, il est de 400 euros, je demandais 350 pour les composites que je posais avant de me lancer dans les reconstitutions céramiques.
