a simply case of PISE and ridgesplitting. imppants used: alpha bio. piezoelectric device: Piezotome. Graft: Genos& autogen bone. Colagen membrane Evolution

thanks for sharing, but would u mind to show a global case with ealthy tissue post op and to explain a little more, i think that, in this way, it should make it more interesting for every one. Extent to discussion! :) see u

Hey would it be possible to know more about this system?
Did you use a membran and autogenous bone or xenografts, it s hard to understand on the pictures.
Have u got an X-ray of the implant 6 weeks later?
Thanks for sharing and bests regards

in this case i didn't use any membrane. i colect bone chips with piezo and mix them with xenograft( Genos-Osteobiol).
PISE = piezoelectric internal sinus elevation.
i distroy the cortical of the sinus with piezo. It is a kind on Summers tech, but modified. With piezo is less chance to perforate the membrane.
I use Piezotome in this case and Alpa Bio Implants. The other implant was insered after a ridge splitting.Ridge splitting was performed also with piezo.Actually i have 2 piezos in my office and 6 implant systems.i am a kind of implant freak. :))
have a nice day, piezodoc
