Migration implant?

En 2007, un confrère a posé un implant en 21 sur un de mes patients. Depuis un an la 11 et l' implant se vestibulent de manière identique. Il n' y a aucun contact avec les inc du bas mais le patient bruxe la nuit. Un implant peut-il se déplacer?

Cela semble être le cas. Je l' ai envoyé chez un ortho pour voir. La 12 et 22 n' ont pas bougé.

Il s' agit d' un homme de 53 ans.
