Summer's lift with inclined sinus floor

I'm going to have to do this one in English.

How do you manage the situation where you want to do a Summer's lift but at that point the sinus floor is angled?

Do you ever encounter problems with getting the sinus floor to move with the osteotome, being half on solid bone with no sisus above and half way below the sinus?

Here's a diagram to show what I mean:

it ' s the worst situation to deal with the summer's technique.
First you have to drill juste under the sinus floor.
Then using a round bur to erase this " ascendent wall" hoping not to injure the sinus membrane.
Gentel finish with your osteotome.

Merci pour le reponse!

I'm not sure I like the idea of going in with a round bur. I might just chicken out and put an 8mm in instead of a 10mm.
