Relis bien.
Nous aussi on a la propriété des clichés , c'est même une obligation de conservation (30 ans de mémoire...) mais aussi l'obligation de transmettre une copie aux patients.

On est dépositaire du dossier médical du patient et non propriétaire comme décrit aux états unis. Le patient est propriétaire des données du dossier médical et c'est toi qui en garde une copie en son nom.
