hi; plz i want to know how to fix the printer image form in the printer cuz when i print it gives me just one side

dacc donc ma question ici j'ai viens d'installer l'imprimante Dypix Prima mais lorsque j'imprime l'image dans le film bleu j'ai qu'une partie de l'image ?
